THE INTERNSHIP
As a Buying Summer Intern at H&M you will you will work in a diversified team with Buyers, Pattern Makers, Designers and Business Controllers, and together you will be developing new collections for all H&M sales markets globally. During the summer you will work as an Assistant Buyer at our global Buying Office at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden. Your major task will be sample handling, order follow up and order quantification. Sales follow up and analysis will be another key area of your everyday job. You will get a lot of responsibility from day one!
The internship is designed to give you an understanding for our core business and to start building a network within our organization. You will get a mentor that will introduce you to H&M and your role as Assistant Buyer and you will also attend several seminars.
Throughout the internship you will get the possibility to work with your development and we see the internship as a mutual job interview. You will get to know H&M from the inside and we will get the opportunity to evaluate you for the position of Assistant Buyer. We are looking for driven talents who are eager to make a difference and want to grow with us!
YOUR PROFILE:
Fluency in English is required, Swedish is not mandatory.
