Digital Analytics Specialist i Sundbyberg

You will be part of a Virtual Cross-Functional Analytics Team managed by Digital Sales & Service (DSS) but will work closely to the Chief Product Owner (CPO - Savings and Insurance) and the Value Stream. The Digital Analytics Specialist takes ownership of analyzing the customer behavior and delivering the insights to stakeholders. This requires a rigorous mindset, a passion of analytics and its potential to generate customer value.

What you will do

You will analyze customer behavior, functionalities, sales and marketing driven activities by working cross functional together with DSS and other units at Swedbank, trying to place web analytics "top of mind" in the organization.

• Monitoring of customer flows- and behavior in digital channels
• Report, present and provide insights or recommendations to project teams, stakeholders, that are aligned with Swedbank's strategies
• Implement measurements in the digital analytics suite as well as create / distribute requirements
• Lead core insights from data to suggest and setting up a/b or multivariate tests in close collaboration with the conversion optimization function and other stakeholders to improve customer experience
• Work cross functional with Swedbank's agile development teams to set and quality assure measurement (in tests and release) as well as other stakeholder teams making sure digital analytics is established early in the process
• Provide solutions for data visualizations in dashboards to stakeholders, that will enable insights of behavior, self-service and sales in "real time"
• Collaborate with internal marketing and CRM unit to assist with data collection and reporting
• Collaborate with external partners such as agencies to assist with data collection and measurement
• Evaluate and update established measurement plan

We believe you are a curious non-stop learner, love challenges in data measurements, dig deep into analytics to gain and spread insights. You're the kind of person that likes a good challenge, interested in learning new things, and has the kind of mindset that enjoys phrases like "conversion rates", "query the data", and "how is that data being captured?". Therefore, you must be able to communicate these insights and proactively seek what stakeholders need. You enjoy teaching your colleagues web analytics and don't mind producing reports ad hoc.

Furthermore:

• You are accustomed to present to both small and large groups with varied knowledge in Digital Analytics
• You have a skill to transform data into to comprehensive recommendations
• Ability to prioritize between different tasks and projects, as you will work within several projects/development teams at the same time
• You have good self-management and communication skills
• Must have hands-on experience of working in a web analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• We don't expect you to do advance configuration within the tag manager or any JavaScript development, but you need to know how to develop requirements for measurements
• BA/BS or equivalent working experience
