Chief Product Owner i Stockholm

In the role as Chief Product Owner, you will be part of building the bank for the future, a Nordic digital bank with physical presence. Together with your team of Team Managers, APOs, and architects, you are accountable for both the delivery and development of secure, scalable and future proof digital platform. You also work closely with the rest of the Management team in Group Cash Management, in particular Business Product Owners, with whom you create the future development agenda.

The Cash Management Value Stream consists of approximately 60 highly talented individuals located in Sweden and Estonia. You also cooperate daily with our partners across the globe.

Daily tasks can consist of:

• Ensure IT services are aligned with the IT strategy, Swedbank Target Architecture and Business Domain Architecture
• Develop, maintain, prioritize and follow up the value stream roadmap
• Run value stream forum, escalate unmitigated risks and backlog issues to the value stream forum
• Ensure that prioritization from value stream forum is communicated to the agile product owners and team managers• Define Cross Functional Teams (CFT) mission and area of responsibilities
• Ensure the efficient way of working within the value stream
• Ensure the CFT-s have the right competences and resources
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills as you will be interacting in cross organizational dimensions as coordinate dependencies with other value streams
• Ensure problem, incident and crisis management

In combination with the above you will also have staff responsibilities such as:

• Salary and PD talks with direct reports
• Management of staff budget
• Ensure a safe workplace and staff well-being, incl. rehabilitation opportunities

• To succeed in this role, you need to have excellent people management skills (a servant leader who builds teams, coaches and grows people to enable performance) and thorough understanding of digital product development and operations.
• We expect you to have experience of leading teams and/or other managers.
• You can formulate a compelling vision, present a clear and motivating mission, and involve your team to make relevant and concrete actions out of it for all within your value stream.
• Choose among competing needs/priorities and empower/guide your teams towards achieving their goals.
• We also expect you to be a very good networker, customer centric, result-oriented and tech savvy.
• Very good communication skills and proficient English, both spoken and written are mandatory.
