Business Controller to H&M’s Global Payment Department i Stockholm

We are looking for a Business Controller to H&M’s Global Payment Department

Are you interested in learning more about payment solutions? This is a unique opportunity to work with all the major payment providers (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Alipay etc.) on a global scale.

Payments is a critical part of the customer experience. The Payment Department is responsible for all payment methods available both online and in our stores, and we are the centre of knowledge for all payment related initiatives for the H&M Group globally. As a Business Controller within the Payment department you will take business-oriented decisions and implement actions based on your analysis.

You will work closely with different departments within H&M and you will play an important role in developing critical business processes as well as handling forecasts, budgets and performance analysis. Since you will handle a lot of complex data it is important that you possess the ability to transform it into an easily understandable format.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Business Controller comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

• Monitor and analyze sales, payment patterns and other KPIs on a running basis
• Cooperate and collect important data from other parts of H&M to follow up on customer behavior and payment patterns
• Prepare monthly forecast/budget/reports and present this to key stakeholders within payments and to other relevant departments in H&M
• Work closely together with the Payment Specialists when it comes to development and follow up of business cases for new payment methods globally
• Initiate discussions about different actions to be taken based on analysis related to sales/cost/budget

Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a sales-minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.Your personal qualities also include:

• Academic degree within Business Administration, Economics (or similar)
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional language skills is an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience from controlling, commercial analysis or similar
