Connected Services and Solutions aims to develop and implement packaged solutions enabled by connectivity and digitalization to secure future business opportunities for Scania. Packaging new business models and service concepts will be crucial for Scania to be able deliver top quality solutions to our customers.

As a concept manager for new business solutions you are involved in realizing these business opportunities. This will be a truly cross-functional role where you turn opportunities into action by being an true intrapreneur. To be able to turn these concepts into business and creating sustainable revenue streams you will have to be open for working in many and varying partnerships also outside the Scania organisation.

We are exploring concepts by utilizing data from our connected vehicle and we also support the customer experience and digitalization of services critical for our uptime offer. Job content

• Develop new service concepts on relevant parts of the Scania service roadmap with support of service design methods
• Work across large parts of Scania with relevant stakeholders to realize the concepts
• Turn concepts into scalable, income-bringing services
• Collaborate with different partners for Scania to provide relevant and attractive customer solutions
• Test new business models in direct customer interaction
