Head of Execution and Trading i Stockholm

An important part of the Asset Management value chain is the Execution part of Investment Management. We are looking for a new leader to participate in the development of Robur's Investment Management.

You will be part of driving the strategic work within Investment management's management team - you are involved in shaping Swedbank Robur's future
Your main responsibility will be to lead the daily operations and strategic development of Robur's execution both technologically and organizationally. Today's rapid development technologically and regulatory creates opportunities to accelerate Robur's development of systematic and electronic trading via STP. This is an area where Robur aims to be in the forefront.

The execution team handles all flows from Robur's Investment Management, which manages approximately 1500 billion SEK in funds and discretionary mandates. The centralized execution desk handles everything from small illiquid securities to large and comprehensive cross asset portfolio allocation trades. All asset classes are handled at the desk. This includes FX, Equities, Alternatives assets, Fixed income and derivatives.

The leadership role will also focus on:

• Close collaboration with portfolio managers across the Investment Management
• Further develop the culture of an open and integrated working environment within Execution
• Lead and participate in day-to-day workflow
• Analysis – trading environment, trends in industry and the rest of the world
• Participate in projects that the Execution Desk are initiating or are associated with.

• Strong leadership qualities
• Higher level of educational degree in finance, economics or engineering
• Several years of experience in trading/execution across assets.
• Technological interest and knowledge in Electronic trading
• Overall knowledge of Equities, FX, FI and alternative assets
• Deep knowledge and understanding of various instruments like futures, forwards, ETFs, SWAPs, CDS etc.
• Strong analytical skills and good market knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Responsive with a high ability to cooperate with others
• Ability to take own initiatives in running projects
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

• Senior position in a trading, asset management, asset owner organization with personnel responsibility.
• Senior position on sell-side execution/trading facing asset manager/owners as clients.
