Risk Manager to AFC i Stockholm, Tallin, Riga, Vilniuis

As a Risk Manager in Anti Financial Crime (AFC) unit you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating risk management processes
• Implementing, maintaining and monitoring controls
• Reporting of risks, incidents and control effectiveness
• Participate in strategic initiatives and projects to ensure that significant risk exposures are taken care of
• Work closely with AFC Management, Group Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit
• Support the business in understanding and mitigating operational risks, specifically Cyber, IT and Information Security risks
  
  

We are looking for you who have a deep understanding for risk related matters and is strongly motivated to develop the risk function within AFC. You will work with a focus on risks within Group Information Security (GIS) and closely with senior managers to secure and implement relevant risk support, steering and control mechanisms.

We are looking for you who specifically have:

• Good understanding of risk related matters and business process experience from working with operational, IT, Info Sec and Cyber Risks
• Strong motivation to develop the risk function to be a powerful tool for our managers and limit unintentional or undue risk taking
• Good understanding of banking operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle and draw conclusions from extensive amount of data or information
• Ability to present complex matters in a simple and understandable way, both orally and in writing
• Proactive and helpful attitude, high integrity and a professional approach
• Strong communication skills and fluent English in writing and speaking
• Relevant University bachelor's degree or higher

To enable this, we need to build a robust Risk Management structure that goes above and beyond to enable the AFC unit to be one step ahead.
