CRM-Manager
At NA-KD we always have the customer in focus. Therefore we're searching for a new CRM Manager who's biggest ambitions is to make our customers happy and satisfied.
Your Future
- Increase retention and prevent churn by driving deeper engagement and activity throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- Understand how to build flows and activations depending on where the customer is in their lifecycle
- Responsible for all marketing automation on all key markets
- Responsible for creating and executing email marketing activities to increase conversion and repeat purchases.
- Work closely with other departments such as IT, Content and creatives
- Constantly monitor and optimize internal KPI’s such as conversion, activity, satisfaction and churn
- Product owner of our ESP and SMS platform - also responsible for finding new platforms and partners within retention.
- Work with our customer database and activate our customers to increase the purchase frequency
Your Skills
- Hands on experience with e-mail software system and CRM
- Have an affinity for data analysis and interpretation
- Be creative and think outside the box
- Can communicate and operate effortlessly in English
- Act pragmatically
Your Past
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Marketing or related discipline
- If you have been responsible for a loyalty club, then it's a plus
- Experience with digital marketing and traffic acquisition
- 3+ years of experience with CRM
