Business Development Manager- Saving & Pension i Sundbyberg

About the job

As a Business Development Manager you will have an important role in improving customer satisfaction and grow our business. Focus area are Pension but you will collaborate and work with people in the Saving area. You will be interacting with many units in the bank to assure that our development activities are implemented according to business- and customer values.

Based on insights of our customer's needs you drive offering- and bundles changes. As Business Development Manager you participate in projects and other initiatives to manage customer launches and closings of products and services.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive changes in customer prices, offerings and bundles based on customer needs
  • Assure that development- and offering changes reaches advisors and customers
  • Identify business and legal requirements together with different stakeholders
  • Create business cases and monitor value realization
  • Make decision and prioritization materials to senior management
  • Create development plans, follow up the development progress and implementations
  • Communicate business requirements, its value and the wanted outcome to different stakeholders
  • Participate and contribute in different projects and analysis
What you need to succeed

Gather research

  • Customer oriented - You understand the customer perspective and know changes to customer behavior.
  • Pension knowledge – know the product area you are responsible for.
  • Business knowledge – Know business drivers, have a good understanding of how pricing effects customer satisfaction and the derived profit
  • Analytical – An eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex situations/dependencies and translate to actions. You can use Excel as supporting tool for calculations and information gathering.
  • Technical understanding - You need to have enough technical understanding so you could talk and understand business architects and the agile product owners.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in both Swedish and English - Be able to create pedagogical presentations in PowerPoint, hold meetings and facilitate workshops. You must be able to write reports in Word and create decision material.
