Business Analyst i Stockholm

Anti Financial Crime Unit is now looking to hire Business Analysts. Within the prioritized area of AML Swedbank is now further strengthening the capabilities by forming a new AML team.
As a Business Analys within Anti Financial Crime Unit you will be responsible for writing user stories and anchoring of the backlog items and quality assurance of delivered functionality. Maximize the value of the investment opportunities and the work of the cross functional team.

As Business analyst some of your tasks will be:

• Plan and execute test both in the sprints and release.
• Together with the Agile Product Owner work with requirements and relevant stakeholders.
• Help Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities into MVP's and user stories in the back-log.
• Anchor the backlog items with relevant stakeholders.
• Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team.
• Help the team to deliver frequently potentially shippable products, iteratively and incrementally, maximizing opportunities for feedback and value.
• Plan and estimate the work together with the team.
• Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working.
