Welcome to our team of ambitious architects, responsible for developing and implementing Swedbank's Architecture Development process and Swedbank's Target Architecture as the bridge between our business and IT strategies to how we execute them. Here we are defining how to work with architecture as well as find the most suitable solutions for our long- and short-term goals in architecture. We are involved in all areas of the bank and have enterprise-wide perspective in all assignments. We are working side-by-side with all architects in Swedbank as well as consult senior decision makers in taking strategic decisions.

To work as an Enterprise Architect, it's desirable that you:

• have analytical skills and ability to structure problems
• can describe architecture by using different tools and practises
• can lead yourself and others, at the same time being a very good team player
• are good in teaching others how to work with architecture
• have a relevant academic education
• are fluent in English

Our next team-mate is good at business, information or cloud architecture or established architecture work related process in international setting. You have worked with architecture and architecture processes at least 5 years and are familiar with the latest trends and practises.

My main role as a manager is to enable the individuals as well as the team – to find interesting tasks to fulfil, open doors to the management or stakeholders, help the individuals to grow, let the experts to take and stand for their decisions. As a team we shall work for the same goals, supporting and building on each other's ideas even though being distributed geographically. We are trying out new ways of working at the same time harvesting on structural capital built jointly. We are honest and caring in communication and feedback giving.
