Are you ready for an exciting opportunity as Application Expert within a challenging and fun area at H&M IT? In this role you will be part of our Supply Chain team, and thereby be one of the key players regarding our daily logistics business.
The solution is based on SAP and as Application Expert you will have an important role to design, improve and keeping a stable operation worldwide. Your problem-solving mindset and ability to translate business requirements into an efficient IT-solution are your success factor. You will work closely with Logistics business, vendors and the program. You need to be able to understand operational details and the system landscape. This requires high skills in communication, an analytic mind and a dedicated focus on overcoming problems. You will be a part of a highly skilled team, including business experts with a mix of H&M employees and consultants, which provides a state-of-the art solution for the business.
What you will do as an Application Expert
Working as Application Expert at H&M, in the exciting logistics area, means taking on a great responsibility, but it is also a lot of fun! It will give you the opportunity to get to know the business and other stakeholders, and you will also work closely to other surrounding systems. You will have a great chance to develop your skills! Your background, experience and ambition will be taken under consideration when we specify your role and responsibilities, but the primary tasks for the open position are:
- In close cooperation with architects find stable ways forward
- Take part of and review future project scope to evaluate the impact on production
- Go deep into finding problem root causes
- Documentation
- Review of routines and monitoring in production
- Follow up
- Identify improvement areas and report to AM lead
We are looking for:
- Someone with at least 3 years of application experience from SAP (SD and MM)
- Someone with at least 3 years of application experience from SAP (SD and MM)
- Someone with knowledge in SAP ECC
- Relevant business experience in logistics
- Good knowledge, both written and oral, in English
It is qualifying if you have knowledge of Retail, Business Warehouse, Enterprise Portals and experience in ALM, Jira, Service Manager, Solution Manager.
