Now we are looking to strengthen the H&M Groups Corporate Real Estate team with a Corporate Real Estate Manager. The team is responsible for the company’s office portfolio consisting of more than 500 offices globally. You will report to Head of Corporate Real Estate. Position is in Stockholm Sweden.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role includes responsibilities such as: 

·       Negotiating lease agreements, mainly in Sweden.

·       Building great relations with local stakeholders, such as property developers and landlords.

·       Developing the functionality and design of our offices to meet future demands.

·       Optimizing the real estate portfolio to improve operations and realize cost savings with sustainability in mind.

·       Providing governance for our colleagues in the markets by supporting local lease managers, project managers, external consultants and architects to succeed in real estate projects.

·       Monitoring and assuring timely completion of projects within given budgets and ensure that our global standards and requirements are fulfilled.

·       Evaluating and presenting business cases and projects to senior management and support decision making process.

·       Ability to travel internationally.

YOUR PROFILE

To be successful in your role we believe you have minimum 5 years’ work experience from various real estate related positions. An adequate higher education within relevant field is a bonus.

·       Have a good understanding of real estate finance.

·       Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

·       Have an entrepreneurial spirit.

·       Are resourceful and capable of thinking outside the box.
