Intro is growing with a rapid pace in an exciting space. We're helping clients across the globe find talent - a crucial problem for companies in all industries in every corner of the globe. We work with a smart, fun and innovative community of clients and help them solve a problem that matters for them. We are at a breaking point in the Intro history and need people to take care of the demand from existing clients.

We are looking for a Suport Specialist to help our clients journey with Intro be as smooth as possible. We are looking for a hard-working person with a smart mind to support our clients with timely, friendly and effective manner.

You will be responsible both for troubleshooting technical issues, fixing basic account needs, expand existing contracts and delight our clients through every step of their journey.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in a friendly, timely, and effective manner

  • Support our clients with all their technical difficulties

  • Help new customers set up new user accounts and campaigns on the Intro platform

  • Collaborate with every aspect of the company, particularly the Customer Success team

  • Take control of the Intro Knowledge base

  • Automate our support processes

  • Report technical support issues on Github

  • Communicate with our Sales team in the CRM

  • Write guides on how-to-X

  • Be proactive in support matters

  • A desire to grow and take on more responsibilities over time

  • Flexible schedule with the ability to do whatever it takes, including working early morning or evening hours

  • Your mother tongue is Swedish and you are fluent in English.
