At Local Glimpse, We’re here to change HR communications for good. Our concept is centered around the idea of letting employees speak and use the material to create content for recruitment, onboarding, learning and engagement.
As part of our development, we are on the lookout for our new Glimpser: a Business Developer who will take care of our current customers and develop the sales for Local Glimpse.
Main Responsibilities:
1) Account Management
Take care of our current customers according to the Local Glimpse experience
Keep a good relationship with the customers
Identify opportunities and future customer problems we can solve and present offers to help them
Make sure that the transition between the sales and the production is smooth
Help the customer with the publication of their content
Collect / Track the performance of our production and actions
Organise the collection of customer testimonials
2) Participate to the growth in the company with sales
Network in the HR environment
Target leads according to our value proposition
Pitch with enthusiasm according the leads needs
Elaboration and presentation of quotes
Reach our monthly and yearly goals and exceed them!
As part of your role, you will participate in the development of new services and products for the company using customer feedback.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Creative, autonomous and take initiatives
Be proactive in your daily work to contribute to our growth
You love to meet new people and pitch prospects
Be able to contact and book meetings with cold leads (phone, email, social media chat).
Business oriented, you are able to understand the stakes of other businesses.
Knowledge in digital marketing.
Previous experience in sales (preferably HR environment) would be appreciated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Swedish)
