The core responsibility of the IS Application Manager for Enterprise Content Management platform is manage the day-to-day activities of internal team as well as external 3rd party service provider. You will play a key role in strengthening our Enterprise Content Management Platform Global IS team. Reporting to the Enterprise Content Management Platform Manager. Your focus is on delivering ECM services “on time”, “on quality”, “on cost”.

• Establish relationship with multiple business partners and stakeholders, understanding their operational and tactical needs
• Monitors delivery of solutions/service/support global across the ECM platform applications landscape and ensure OLA’s/SLA’s are delivered/maintained within budget and to business expectations.
• Proactively develops and maintains appropriate ECM competence within the platform, ensuring alignment to given IS goals, and compliance with IS Enterprise Architecture
• Propose and deliver actions required to improve the overall quality of the service. Reviews the outcome of the work provided by external partners.
• Budget:- Manages assigned budget effectively and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs.
• Change or Project:- Provides input for any change or project that has, or might have, a major impact on the platform, and/or on the whole of IS. Informs/consults relevant IS colleagues on any change or project activities which may have a major impact on the others
• Implement service monitoring & metrics for service planning and increased transparency

• IT Professional with 5yrs+ experience in ECM(enterprise content management) area, demonstrated experience in successfully running global services and/or projects.
• Masters in Computing Sciences or equivalent
• A problem solving attitude and ability to effectively work and organize work without supervision.
• Solid IS application technology experience, Business Unit process knowledge; knowledge of incident management and change management
• Good facilitation and consensus building skills required.
• Very good communication and reporting skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Project management or agile certifications will be a plus.
