Logistics Specialist to Customer Service to Robotics i Västerås

As a Logistics Specialist within Customer Service your main responsibility is to optimize the spare part delivery chain within region EMEA and Americas. The responsibility includes close co-operation with our Regional Distribution Center in Menden, Germany, as well as relevant ABB logistics functions.

• Warehousing: Managing regional operations together with our RDC in Menden, Germany. Managing warehouse requirements and following warehousing KPIs.
• Freight / transports: Managing regional freight requirements from business perspective, develop freight functions and following freight KPIs.
• Packaging platform: Managing regional utilization of packing platform, development of packing solutions and following packaging platform KPIs.
• Trade compliance: Trade compliance optimization trough whole delivery chain and following relevant KPIs.

• University degree within Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Experience within project management
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
