Accountant to Online Accounting i Borås

Do you want to join Finance & Accounting and work as an Accountant within our Online Accounting team?

Finance and Accounting is responsible for making sure that the H&M Group can handle all business initiatives in a legally compliant way and ensure that all brands and sales-channels are aligned from an Accounting perspective. We are responsible for ensuring that the financial reporting keeps up with the high pace of the H&M-group. The Online Accounting team is responsible for the delivery of the bookkeeping and reporting from the Global Online Sales, Order to Cash (OTC) Process. We are also involved in H&M group´s rapid expansion and Online is now present in 50 countries, all handled from Borås. Since one of our team members is going on maternity leave, this is a temporary position for 11 months starting in April 2020.

Your responsibilities
The job as an Accountant at H&M comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

• Daily bookkeeping
• Monthly cuts
• Analysis and investigations within the accounting area
• Account reconciliations
• Responsibility for one or several sales markets concerning the order to cash process
• Communication with production offices and accounting departments
• Develop and improve our internal processes and routines
 
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a sales-minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Your personal qualities also include:

• Degree within Business Administration & Economics (or similar) or equivalent experience within Finance/Accounting
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
• Experience from Excel and SAP is an advantage

As our business processes are heavily IT orientated it is important that you are interested in learning and exploring our IT systems.

The position is a temporary position based in Borås, Sweden.
