CTO / Lead developer i Sweden

We are looking to recruit a CTO/Lead developer who can lead the development of our technical solution. You will work directly with the founders and actively shape the creation of the Minnity application as well as  development of a startup that will positively impact the lives of thousands of people living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias, their relatives and formal caregivers.

More than years of experience, we want to see in you these values: 

• Experience in building stable, secure applications in Java with excellent quality  

• Passionate about software development, leadership

• Interested in management, raising and scaling up the company

• Excellent communication skills. We want you to speak your mind clearly, share and bounce ideas as well as inspire colleagues

• Problem solver approach

• Well organized to be able to work remotely and with remote team members

Responsibility: 

• Drive technical strategy, roadmap. Leading software architecture

• Become a primary owner of all software solutions

• Hands-on backend development in close cooperation with frontend team

• Lead technical team

• Work on product development

• Be a part of management and set the direction for the future
