As the Business Controller, you are passionate to help us develop the customer journey within Customer Service and customer experience perspective by analysing business performance and suggest improvements. You are the Business controlling perspective in various forums, projects and initiatives – where we all aim at creating the best customer experience possible in a scalable way. 

H&M’s Global Customer Service is an omni-channel and multi brand organization with focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. We are present in all online markets, where we serve both online and store contacts from all brands within the H&M group. Today we are around 3000 employees and work at 17 locations all over the world.
