Are you up for a new challenge? We are now looking for a Quality Manager to Division Board.

About the position
As our new Quality Manager your responsibility will be to lead and develop Division Board’s important quality program with and through our QMT (Quality Management Team) by building a strong, competent cross-functional team with the skills to make fact based priorities from Division Board perspective to increase Customer Satisfaction and reduce Cost of Poor Quality.

In the position of Quality Manager your duties, among other things, will be to:

The position is located in Sweden where Division Board has its production units (Gävle, Frövi, Grums) or at our head office in Solna, Stockholm.

Job qualifications
To be an interesting candidate for this position you must have a degree within Engineering or equivalent and minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. You have thorough technical know-how about pulp and paper and experience from working with quality related matters. Finally, you have strong communication skills in both English and Swedish.

Personal qualities
As a person you are systematic and driven, strategic and analytic. At the same time you are a people person, have leadership ability and experience, as well as a strong interest, in driving change. Finally, you have a commercial mind-set and see yourself as a natural networker who sees communication as one of your most important tools to achieve success.
