Business Analyst i Sundbyberg or Vilnius

The cross-functional team you will be joining is building Swedbank's next generation payments platform for international payments services and our mission is to ensure that our products are market leading and meets our customers' needs, where our customers choose to meet us.
As a Business Analyst in our team you will be working with business requirements, analysis, design, configuration and improving our payments platform infrastructure.
Together with CFT team, you will be a key player for successful implementation of the GPP investment area´s roadmap.

In the Business Analyst role, you will be responsible for:

•  Detailing and anchoring of the backlog items across the product development iterations.
•  Create a high quality and stable payment services for Swedbank customers and maximize the investments in the payments area together with Agile Product Owner
•  Ensuring that the requirements of the functionality are well defined and understood by all the parties.
•  Participating in discovery work, inputs collection in close communication with different stakeholders. Also, you will support the team and the APO in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance as well as development of new features.
•  Quality assurance responsibility of delivered functionality.

Moreover, prior experience in working with GPP (Global PAYplus) is an advantage in order to succeed in this role. The most important quality to possess in order to be successful in this role is the ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT development.

To succeed in this role you need to be passionate about new technologies and digitalization. You have extensive understanding of the business and its customer/user needs. You should have high interest in and knowledge of stakeholder management in the business area.
As a Business Analyst you have a customer-centric mindset, you are social and communicative, good at asking questions but also structured, systematic and have interest in detail.

•  Be well-versed with RTGS/Net settlement clearings in Europe, viz. Target1/Euro1/Step1/SEPA.
•  Be well-versed on GPP and have previously worked on GPP implementations
•  Be proficient with GPP HV module as well as Mass Payments module.
•  Previously engaged in Requirements gathering, analysis of requirements and have designed solutions based on GPP.
•  Experience in performing processes/system (GPP) functionalities analysis and being able to perform business acceptance testing.
