Chief Product Owner i Sundbyberg

In the role as Chief Product Owner, you will be part of building the bank for the future, a digital bank with physical presence. Together with your teams, you are accountable for both the delivery and development of a secure, scalable and future proof digital lending platform. You also work closely with the rest of the Management team in Group Lending & Shared Service, especially the Business Product Owners, with whom you create the future development agenda. Since the Swedish lending process is used and impacting the whole bank, you will cooperate with several BA/GF and we are piloting SAFe.

As CPO you will be responsible for:

• Creating and managing the target picture and roadmap for your area for the next 1-3 years
• Responsible for co-ordination of prioritization of roadmap deliveries together with stakeholders
• Ensure the efficient way of working within the value stream
• Define Cross Functional Teams (CFT) mission and area of responsibilities
• Ensure the CFT-s have the right competences and resources
• Ensure IT services are aligned with the IT strategy, Swedbank Target Architecture and Business Domain Architecture
• Develop, maintain, prioritize and follow up the value stream roadmap
• Run value stream forum, escalate unmitigated risks and backlog issues to the value stream forum- enable SAFe
• Value realization and continuous follow up/reporting of result and progress

Experience in creating and managing roadmaps and driving transformation. Ability to take ownership and drive is key.

• Very strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills as you will work closely with different parts of the bank
• Ability to see the bigger picture and describe complex matters in a pedagogical way
• Customer oriented with a structured approach to problem solving
• Experience in collecting and co-ordinating input and needs from customers, business (regions and Savings banks), product areas, IT and the market
