Your responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate financial and business planning, forecasting and management reporting
• Establish and continuously monitor KPIs
• Internal pricing
• Business Case Analysis and Value Realization
• Business Intelligence
• Continuous business follow-up of the business and take appropriate measures
• Facilitate Performance Review Meetings
• Ongoing discussion and deliveries to Investor Relations.

• Degree in business, finance, law or other related fields
• Broad banking experience and excellent understanding of banking financials
• Excellent verbal, written, presentational, and interpersonal communication skills
• A team player
• Executive presence and ability to influence at all levels across the organization
• Strong business knowledge of financial products

• A minimum of 10 years related experience in the financial industry
• CFO or experienced controller with proven leadership skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage many competing priorities

• Senior manager in related fields
• Generalist high ranking manager

The CFO and Risk organization is a small, relative new team, that is still being formed. We will have to be fast moving, innovative and collaborative in order to successfully meet our challenges. This also means a high freedom to form and grow your own role and gain experience. Our working environment is friendly and sharing.
