About Cirqular

Cirqular's vision is to bridge the gap between the retail and resale market for premium fashion, thereby activating a circular economy at scale. With a continuously increasing overproduction in the fashion industry, circularity is one of the most powerful models to make fashion truly sustainable.

Cirqular is developing a technology platform for reselling used premium fashion, making it easier than ever to resell clothes online, while providing an attractive shopping experience for the buyer. Through integrated partnerships with fashion brands and retailers, we deliver a model in which they can take control of and benefit from their resale markets.

What you could be doing

• You are the right hands of our Co-Founding team, supporting on key priority topics related to a successful launch of Cirqular, including product development, operations, marketing, partnerships and finance 

• You are involved in various strategic initiatives that help the company to strengthen its market position in the long term

• You are independently responsible for your own projects

• Implement and optimize internal processes 

• Develop partnerships with other digital products that can be combined with Cirqular, including fashion brands, logistics partners and software applications

• The role description is open and we would like to keep it that way to tailor it to the ever changing needs of an early-stage startup

The ideal profile

• You have a solid basic business understanding from previous relevant work experience, for example in a start-up or a management consultancy

• You are currently studying or have recently completed your studies, are interested in technology and start-ups

• Attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to multitask

• Ability to work as part of a team and but also work autonomously

• Flexible, hands-on attitude with the ability to cope with evolving business requirements of a rapidly growing startup

• You are convinced that "Learning by Doing" is the right approach for personal development and you are happy to constantly face new challenges

• Your communication skills are excellent and it is easy for you to win over the people you speak to.

• Your outstanding analytical skills will help you to structure complex problems quickly and to provide pragmatic solutions

• You care about our planet and want to make an impact to reverse the climate crisis
