Customer Service Manager i Stockholms län

We are an excited bunch because we have so far bootstrapped Guestit but now planning to raise capital. The Customer Service Manager role will be a fun way of using your communicating skills as well as solving problems of all kind in a fast alternating environment

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To take command of all guest interactions through our platform, making sure no messages slip through the net

  • You'll review, overlook and respond to our numerous guest inquiries we receive daily.

  • It will be your job to ensure our guests are informed and ready for their trip (before, during and after)

  • Read, respond and follow up on guests reviews. 

  • To put your emphatic social skills to use daily, liaising between multiple teams across the business and, of course, the guests on the other end of the messages.

  • To brush up on your knowledge of Stockholm’s best spots, in order to give guests a local’s showoff

  • You will be responsible for coordinating the operational tasks of the maintenance and cleaning team.

  • Have an insight overview of individual customers needs and wants.

  • Assisting the Operations Manager  in innovating ideas of new partnerships that could benefit Guestit's customers.

  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a high-change environment

  • Language proficiency: Fluency English, and knowledge in Swedish (Other languages are a big plus)
