About the role

Together with our colleagues in the Communications department, we bring stories to life by creating and distributing engaging content for all priority audiences, using multi-media.

The media relations team is responsible for establishing and maintaining good relations with Swedish and international media. Our team is available 24/7 and provide around the clock service.

Now we are looking to reinforce our fantastic team. This is an excellent opportunity for you who love news and storytelling! The role is a temporary 11 months assignment with a starting date as soon as possible. The position is based in Stockholm.

Main responsibilities

Your responsibility will mainly be handling media requests. This involves extensive contacts with journalists. This also involves doing research, drafting messages, and supporting spokespersons by preparing and facilitating interviews.

You will also be part of integrated communications teams creating proactive communications on selected topics.

Experience and skills

We are looking for candidates with a higher education in communications, journalism, marketing or equivalent. You have experience from working e.g. as a journalist, with public relations, social media or investor relations, preferably from a listed company. You are self-driven and enjoy working independently as well as in teams. Attention to detail and accuracy is key.

Language skills

You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and have strong writing skills.

Approximately 80% of our work is carried out in English.
