Growth hacker & Communication Pro - A smart brain with a warm heart is wanted! - Internship

Help us grow faster! We help companies disrupt the sick leave process by moving it into our IT-sick leave platform Rehappen. The companies using it love it, but now we need to get more to know that we exist. We are gurus in helping leaders with difficult cases, sick leave, sustainable leadership, HR, IT, Security, GDPR, work environment, Rehab, organisational design, prevention of illness at work etc. But the field marketing is not so strong....there fore you are needed in our team!

We want help companies taking care of their employees! Our recipe is to help companies discover early signals of unhealthiness. Most companies want to have this in place, thou sometimes they do not really know how to get started - this is something we are really good at! Our philosophy is based on evidence from research and own experience.

Our problem is not delivering good content, the pain we have is that we are not so good at delivering this in different omnichannels to our potential clients. We have LinkedIn, Face Book, homepage, great relationship with many potential customers. Up till this point we have sold to great brands, and we are sure many more would like to get our product and services.


We are what Team Tailor is for recruitment and growth for candidates, BUT for employees with sick leave that rehappen often. We work in another part of the HR-process - the work around sick leave, stress, bad leadership, rehab, healthy work places and help to create great leadership. We all remember what it was to recruit in the old systems - we all know how to work with sick leave without a great systems or support and coaching. That´s where we are - Rehappen!


Growth hack skills is not our strongest side. As the whole world is closing down for a virus - we have no clue where our product will take us - the only thing we know is that companies will need to catch employees early even more, get even faster into digital ways of working. Now one important thing is to explore and understand why and how leaders want priorities this!


This is what we think we need you to do - but of course you know that much better than we do!:

  • Work with social media campaigns in a brilliant way!

  • Create brilliant and clever videos and launch campaigns to be spread virally - hopefully to reach companies who are not yet our clients.

  • Work with AD graphic content of advertising.

  • Handle external ad software

  • Make interesting client co-operations to spread the word and the work we are doing together!

  • It would be super if you had public relations or could help us working up a network of journalist contacts who see the same light as we have around how sick leave and a healthy society can be possible.

  • Many of our clients are a result of a short dialogue from a trusted network from one very competent person to another or a CEO or HR-director who put that person in contact with us.

    Our job together is to find out how!

We work closely as a team - and we want you to be super good in your field and also understand how we can play our knowledge and skills together. We love our customers and are great in what we are doing - but most probably pretty bad at Growth-hacking, so we trust you when it comes to what needs to be done.

Up till now we work mostly in Swedish in Sweden, but many of our clients are international global companies so we need to develop our strategy to cover them internationally too.

Each country have their own rules and regulations when it comes to sick leave which is our main topic. Our expertise is to consolidate data about sick leave cross large corporations and in that way help clients getting important parts of sustainability in place for real.

This is why we need to get you on board!

We hope that our relationship leads to a situation where we would like to see you as a future partner with us. The journey just started - and we have been picked twice by Vinnova to grow faster, and in the future we will also start to see if there are any investors who want to join. As we work with sensitive data and difficult situations and with persons who are in a vulnerable situation it is very important to us WHO joins.
