We are looking for an IS Change Manager to join our Power Grids business, location Sesto San Giovanni (MI).
The selected candidate will join our IS Digital Adoption team and will be responsible for co-defining and implementing our global strategy centered around digital training and user adoption; he/she will make sure that users get the most out of the tools available.

Your responsibilities
  • Focus on the impacts to the people considering changes to IS processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures;
  • Develop messaging, consult and coach managers in communicating change to their organization;
  • Use the defined cultural values and common definitions for the organization to develop strategies to influence the change in new ways of working in the PG IS workforce culture;
  • Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies;
  • Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training;
  • Provide framework for change management strategies and plans that maximize employee awareness and minimize resistance to change using best practices and standard industry methodologies;
  • Develop short and long-term goals, KPIs and objectives; execute those aims against annual operational plan;
  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and build up change ambassadors for PS IS transformation in the IS departments.
Your background
  • BA or BS Degree in Organizational Development, Business Management or Information Technology ;
  • 7 years experience minimum in developing and executing organizational change management strategies, preferably as a strategy consultant;
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management and resource management;
  • Leadership, excellent communications skills, adaptability to interact with different audiences;
  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • Prosci or a similar Professional Change Management certification; Project Management certification will be a plus
  • Proven experience leading new ways of working initiatives in large matrix and globally dispersed organizations
  • Experience on leveraging SharePoint, Yammer, Blogs, or other communication media channels
