In this role you will be part of HVDC, a business line ABB Power Grids. The Quality team is dedicated to implementing a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization, to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability in a sustainable way. We are now looking for a manager to lead the Quality development and governance at HVDC.

• Line manager for a team of quality specialists as well as global responsibility for the Quality Development and Governance for HVDC
• Part of the Quality Management Team
• Working with Continuous Improvements together with your team
• Acting as Process Owner for the Quality Processes and tools
• Leading, supporting and coaching data analysis and SixSigma projects
• Driving implementation and compliance to quality processes within the organization together with the quality specialists, all managers and organization
• Driving process management within organization

• The role requires you to be a good communicator as well as structured and analytical
• You have earlier management experience, preferably from a similar area
• You are leader who like working with developing, motivating and coaching your team
• You hold a bachelor or master’s in Quality, Engineering or similar
• Knowledge of Quality management systems, Process management, Lean, SixSigma and Continuous Improvements is considered a plus
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 is a requirement while knowledge in other ISO standards like 14001, 45001 is advantageous
• Audit experience in the above standards as well as Green/Black Belt in Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma is meritorious
