Are you looking for your life-time assignment? Come and join our team responsible for our API platform – the future heart of Swedbank. We are establishing integration capabilities that will over time tie all services at Swedbank as well as boost the innovation. You could be a key part of it!

We are now looking for technically skilled integrators/analysts with a touch of process knowledge/competence to join our team of API experts in Stockholm. Your primary role will be to cooperate with our internal customers, stakeholders, and sibling teams in order to help design and provide solutions that will support the rest of the bank when defining/delivering API solutions.

I'm eager to try new ways of working. I like to see opportunities, and to find solutions. I like "fail fast" – "good enough" is better than "perfect". Feedback – both positive and constructive – is very important; giving/getting feedback is hard but the most important tool for creating a super team. Next to "Fika".

To succeed in this role, you must be proactive and curious. We have a lot of interfaces towards other teams in Swedbank, and the culture is very open and helping (our focus words are open, simple, and caring). You understand the need for professional and close communication and cooperation. You also focus on agile way-of-working in which incremental deliveries play a key role.

Furthermore, you have:

• Experience in API design, development and life-cycle management of both public and private APIs, in the cloud and on premise
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge in delivery pipelines is a plus
• Preferably experience working in an Agile setup

And on top of that:

• You are analytical and have good problem-solving skills
• You are a great team player and you have a structured way of working
• You have an academic degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science
• You have great communication skills in English

We think you have decent background integration solutions, you are not afraid of taking on unfamiliar territories.
Your latest job might have been as a developer/analyst within integration, or as an experienced API tech. As long as you are interested in APIs and the surrounding methods/processes!
