Our Cyber Security business unit develops products and services to increase the level of cyber security in Saabs portfolio and we strive to become the premier provider of a secure cloud based platform even outside Saabs portfolio.

As a Cloud Platform Developer within one of our cloud based platform teams you are expected to take responsibility for everything from system architectural questions to implementation and verification on an everyday basis. You will actively survey the open source community for solutions to our challenges while balancing the need for stability in the implementation. The platform you will be developing implements heavy security measures within authentication, encryption, and audit mechanisms, but also serves as an efficient platform for high velocity in large scale product development.

What you will do:

• Primarily focus are to be a part of building our cloud native platform
• Design and implement solutions to meet our security requirements
• Work with design and architecture
• Build cluster administration
• Implement tests

To be successful our teams need expert knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, containers and hypervisors through software defined networks. 

Relevant university degree:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or other equivalent background
   

Required knowledge of:

• Virtualization and containerization techniques and tools
• DevOps techniques and tools
• Storage solutions
• Scripting languages
• Agile method
   

Desirable skills and experiences:

• Security frameworks (eg. KSF 3, NIST)
• Security measures (eg. encryption, certificates, audit logging, two factor authentication, …)
• Open source collaboration
• Micro-services and scaling network solutions

You will be a part of one of our development teams building a robust, secure, continuous integration, delivery and deployment platform, but you will also collaborate and drive dialogue with open source project communities.
