Are you service minded and enjoy working with customers? You have great communication skills and like to be part of a dynamic international team? Then you are at the right place with us.

Ideally you have already gathered first experience as a customer service representative or in a call center. You don't have any professional experience yet? We also welcome applications from novices and career jumpers.

These tasks are waiting for you:

• Matching and repaying of payments
• Handling of customer requisitions regarding payments
• Handling of various transactions (changes, cancellations etc.)
• Creating and editing of reports
• Clearance of repayments
• Assisting in handling our merchants errands.

You should have these skills and qualifications:

• Business management training or similar qualification
• First experience in customer service or handling of customer requests
• Experience in bookkeeping or handling of invoices is a merit
• Service oriented mindset and great communication skills in written and spoken communication
• A good grasp and affinity for working with numbers
• Business proficiency in English, additional languages are a merit
