What is the team doing? 

The People Compensation team handles the monthly payroll for the global organisation as well as the administration of our Benefit portals and support on payroll- and pension-/benefit- related questions within Klarna. The team works in close cooperation with other HR teams and Accounting, as well as our payroll- and benefit providers within the different markets.

What will you do in the team?

You will work on a variety of tasks like administrating the monthly payroll for our different legal entities as well as handling questions from employees across the entire organisation on pension, benefits and payroll-related inquiries. You will be responsible for making sure that the payroll in all markets is correct and executed in due time. You will also take care of various employee related questions in JIRA as well as handle inquiries by connected internal and external stakeholders. As the team is constantly working on developing and improving processes and routines, challenging the status quo and driving projects is another important part of your work.


Who you are

    • You have a solution-oriented mindset and approach service as well as customer contact in a professional manner.
    • You put great emphasis on quality of data and details, processing large amounts of data comes easy to you.
    • You have an interest in HR and HR systems and want to expand your knowledge around it.
    • You take initiative to develop and improve processes.
    • You are fluent in both Swedish and English, verbal and written
    • German and Italian language skills are a merit.
    • Professional background in relevant areas is a merit.
