Forecast & Replenishment Team Lead Position i Stockholm

In the autumn of 2006, MediaMarkt came to Sweden when we opened two department stores; today we have 28 department stores and are one of Sweden's largest players in the consumer electronics market. Our headquarters in Stockholm - Stocksund, is a service function for our department stores.

The Procurement team is now looking for a new teammate. 
What you will do as a Forecast & Replenishment Team Leader is:

Roles & responsibilities

• Managing the Forecast & Replenishment Team
• Managing the Supplier Orders & Forecasting together with Category Managers and responsible for the 4-Eye principle for purchasing amounts
• Responsible for stock distribution to the stores and availability of the goods
• Using Relex Replenishment Tool for Order planning, forecasting and the distribution (Super user of the Relex system)
• Being the main contact person for HQ in Germany regarding system developments, set up changes
• Responsible for Following up Open orders and correction of orders
• Daily & Weekly tracking of Stock Evaluation and forecasting stock closings for the company
• Management of Campaign Database (SQL knowledge needed)
• ​​​​​​​Helping stores & logistic team regarding order related questions

Experience and education

We think that you have a university degree or relevant work experience along with Team management experience. You are systematic and structured with advanced Excel skills and good SQL Database knowledge. You have a good understanding of system developments and set up changes and the ability to explain the factors that affect our company for HQ in Germany and in an educational way in order to make it understandable for several functions within the organization. It is meriting if you have experience from Relex System, but not a requirement. You have solid written and verbal skills in Swedish and English. And it is a must that you are a team player.
