Some of the things you'll work with

• Spread knowledge about productivity tools (creating and performing training sessions and coaching f2f and online) will most likely be part of your daily or at least weekly business 
• Support Klarnauts with our tools (such as Slack, G Suite, Jira, Confluence, Docusign etc)
• Implement support for business processes within our tools
• Explore new and existing productivity tools
• Implement new features of the tools we provide

Who you are

• Passionate about productivity and the tools used for it
• Experienced in the admin part of several of the tools mentioned above
• Able to see the bigger picture and recommend solutions that the users did not think of
• An expert within tools and provide advanced as well as brief configuration (such as workflow design, security, error tracking and more)
• A user of several of these tools and can guide other users in improving their usage

You might also have

• Deeper knowledge in scripting and automation 
• A will to integrate systems and work with add-ons
• Great communication skills and previous experience of workshops and training
