What you will do
As a Cybersecurity Awareness & Culture Specialist in Business Tech your main objective is to empower our colleagues to be part of the team protecting our company. You will change behaviors and encourage good habits by co-creating a security culture program and leading fun and positive change initiatives from start to finish for our 180 000 colleagues globally. These change initiatives might include creating and delivering impactful communication material (such as new presentations, infographics, videos, posters or newsletters), deploying new training solutions, managing a network of security champions, organizing events, or following-up on behavioral and security maturity metrics. Ultimately the aim is to bring value to our business!
You will need to explore and learn along the way understanding our digital challenges as well as different cultures to create the appropriate formats to reach out. Collaboration is key in our new organization and you will work close together with your colleagues as well as executing your tasks autonomously.
Opportunity & experience
You have been responsible for creating new content in a Tech environment, using Adobe Creative tools for example. And by identifying the best ways and forms to communicate you have reached out and influenced change in behavior. We are specifically interested in hearing you tell us about that.

This is a fulltime position with placement in Stockholm. You will report to the Head of Security Culture & Competence in Business Tech.
