​We are looking for a Leader for the Development Java Team in Nordea Life & Pensions Sweden IT to be responsible for leading our team located in Stockholm Sweden, but also share understanding of solutions and business connections in Nordea Bank to enable us to be integrated in needed IT landscape to fulfil the business needs..

As Leader for Team delivering Service to Customers, Branches and integrations to NLP SE Partners you will play a valuable role in our success to reach that goal.

You will be a member of the IT Management Team supporting Nordea Life & Pension with strong IT-Solutions providing our Customers with the best solutions.

What you will be doing:

• Taking responsibility for delivering strong business result and driving towards functional excellence.
• Building and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders
• Breaking down the strategy/business plans into short and mid-term targets and plans for your area.
• Communicating clearly and effectively to the entire function/unit about strategy and business
  plans and to facilitate change.
• Implementing and optimising processes and facilitating continuous improvements, hence also delivering on simplification.
• Handling risk issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
• Personally leading by example Nordea’s vision, values and leadership statement.

The role is based in Stockholm.

Your experience and background:

• ​Previous experience of leading team is required
• Ability to lead other people and make them follow towards the common objectives is required
• Knowledge of customer, Swedish Life & Pension products and processes is an advantage
• You are fluent in in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
