The Company

PlasticFri is a Greentech startup based in Sweden that has developed a ground-breaking technology to create plant-based and environmentally-friendly alternatives for as a replacement for disposable plastic products.

Earlier this year, PlasticFri was awarded as the "world's most innovative sustainability startup" in competition with 1402 companies worldwide!

The Role

As the Graphic Designer responsible, you will work on projects to further develop PlasticFri's graphic profile and design. You will work with developing new ideas and concepts for PlasticFri’s website, marketing materials, presentations, documents, banners and other as well as ad hoc design tasks. You will be part of the Communication and Marketing team and work closely with communications and marketing manager

Responsibilities include:

·       Build on PlasticFri's graphic profile

·       Design content for social media

·       Create illustrations and infographics

·       Build banners for online media

·       Create and design presentations

·       Design marketing materials for offline and online media

·       Produce final art for print and online advertisement

·       Ad hoc design information

·       Weekly meeting with the Head of Communication

Ideal Candidate

·      Passionate about environment and sustainability

·      Fluent in English in both speech and writing

·      A deep understanding of color, grid structures, typography, and layout

·      Deep design knowledge

·      Good at communicating concepts, what you want to achieve and purpose

·      Detail-oriented and accurate

·      Expert users of Adobe CS or other relevant design software

·      Graduate or student in the field of design, graphics or related field or other relevant expertise

·      You can work independently and meet deadlines

·      You enjoy working in the startup environment
