Mobile Product Manager i Stockholm

As a Mobile Product Manager at Paradox Interactive, you are both a business and product leader, charged with carrying the game’s vision and coordinating a team of experts towards the delivery of the product and its operation through the live service. The Product Manager is also the main business owner for one or several mobile products, accountable for both the quality and the profitability of the games and making sure that the business case stays sound through their evolution.

This is a full-time position located in Stockholm, Sweden.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Build up and manage the Paradox live ops for mobile games and define the mobile KPIs together with management segment owner
• Being the vision driver and owner of mobile product performance, lead game design, setting the quality and business goals and making sure the game hits the set KPI targets
• Leadership, coordination, and support of a product team composed of experts in their fields, making sure that the game’s vision is shared across all
• Taking the product through all development phases from development to launch and post-launch.
• Ownership of the business case and monetization efforts of the product, including building and balancing the profit and loss, and management of the overall budget
• Representation of the project and its team to both internal and external partners and stakeholders, including presentations, reporting, etc.
• Building and maintaining a healthy relationship with development partners, both internal or external studios
• Support to the Segment Owner in evaluating potential new games and business cases 

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years track record of work on live mobile titles within relevant roles such as Product Management or Production
• Bachelor’s degree or similar in a relevant field
• Team leadership experience
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with and/or interest in management games is a plus
