We are Hiotlabs, a startup with our roots in software and technology. We leverage IoT & Machine Learning to create societal value through developing tech that prevents and minimises property damage and promote sustainability. We were recently acquired by Polygon group, so we are now a startup+ with the autonomy but with strong financial backing & a global reach. We are now entering the next phase in the development of Hiotlabs & are looking to push our solutions to new customers and markets.
Responsibilities
Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
Develop the offering in close collaboration with customers, partners and the team
Maximise the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs of the customers
Drive top-line growth in line with agreed targets
Work closely with Polygon country teams to drive and grow sales
Build position for future growth in targeted markets
Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships
Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
Perform inclusive and insightful market and competitive research
Your Background
A strong background with business development or sales and are not afraid of cold acquisition
You have strong communication skills and feel comfortable when you approach people via email, phone and face-to-face
Ability to analyse business opportunities and read situations and people well
Professional English and a Scandinavian language (German is a bonus)
A genuine passion for how technology can create value and make things better
Proactive, organised, and focused on details and accuracy
Openness and ability to travel
Strong organizational skills
