The ClowID team is looking for a qualified intern to join us for the fall semester. Our marketing department produces campaigns, social media content, editorial content, and more. Our sales team is responsible for prospecting, deal creation, customer relationships and strategic partnerships. We’re looking for an energetic, thoughtful, and hard working intern who can participate in various stages of our marketing campaigns and/or support sales.
Reporting Relationship: The position will report to the CMO
This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment with a high level of personal accountability and responsibility, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing, sales, business development and early-stage startups.
Who we are:
ClowID is a B2B Customer Engagement Management platform for merchants in consumer-facing industries such as retail and hospitality. Our platform allows merchants to obtain more individualized customer data that they can leverage for personalized, closed-loop customer engagement strategies, and direct marketing campaigns. We were founded in 2018 and are currently part of the Minc Incubator program. ClowID’s core values are sustainability, accountability, curiosity, and equality.
Work alongside our CMO and sales team during our Beta Testing / MVP Pilot programs and initial launch of lead generation campaigns
Conduct research for social media, startup community, and editorial opportunities
Gather customer feedback and testimonials
Produce blog posts with opportunities to write if that’s a desired skill set to build
Social media content creation, posting, and monitoring
Supporting and participating in relationship building activities such as focus groups and sales events, conferences, and meetings
Undergraduate student majoring in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Media, or Business (other majors may be considered on a case by case basis)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
Knowledge of social media strategies and platforms
Driven and creative
Entrepreneurial mindset, can-do attitude, and ability to be self-motivated without constant direction/managerial oversight
Knowledge of marketing tools (specifically HubSpot) a plus
Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console a plus
Prior use of CRM a plus
Knowledge of and/or experience with topics such as digital transformation, customer experience, retail trends, and/or customer service a plus
Practical experience with current content and product marketing and sales strategies
Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with successful marketing and business professionals
