The Role
This is an important and long-awaited role where you become the bridge between our sales team, developers and important clients at Shopello. The work will include supporting our sales team in technical matters and actively participating in dialogue with our clients. In the long run, you will be the expert who knows what works or does not work technically.
Examples of tasks will consist of troubleshooting feeds and performing necessary actions, ensure tracking and analysis Google Analytics works as expected. Customer implementations will be important and to do customer training to some extent. Always with and eye for automation.
We expect the person who can successfully bring this home to be proficient in:
E-Commerce feeds
Troubleshooting issues
PHP
APIs
Automation
We also think it would be beneficial if the person who comes in to tackle this knows a bit of:
E-commerce in general
SQL
Slim and/or CodeIgniter
