Are you a driven leader with a commercial mindset and a desire to drive new business? In that case, we have an exciting and challenging position for you. We are currently looking for an experienced Solution Sales Director to join our Packaging Solutions team.
As our new Solution Sales Director, you and your team will be responsible for partnering up with FMCG brand owners and food retailers The offering is more sustainable, paper based, packaging solutions. The partnerships should result in delivery agreements regarding packaging business.
Your main duties will be to:
Lead and shape the Brand Owner Partnering team. Set individual targets, follow up, and making sure that everyone has the prerequisites to succeed
Co-ordinate resource allocation and project execution with director packaging technology and project office
Arrange and lead high-level sales meetings with brand owners, retailers, machine suppliers and converters
Setup industry collaborations and alliances
Be part of the business unit leadership team, and taking joint responsibility for our strategy, targets and execution
The job is located in Solna or in any of our sites in Sweden, i.e. Gävle, Frövi, Gruvön, Karlsborg or Skärblacka. You will be part of a large international team and report to Business Unite Director, Packaging Solutions. Frequent international travelling is expected.
