You only get one chance to make a good first impression, that is why our Front Office staff plays an important role when it comes to building our brand and culture here at Klarna. We are responsible for handling the front office reception and administration duties, including hosting and maintaining our external conference area. Our primary goal is to deliver excellent service to our colleagues and external clients/customers.

As a Receptionist, your mission is to deliver excellent service at all times as people will come to you with all kinds of issues, both internal and external, and even though you might not always be the person to fix it, you will definitely know who can.
The front office role is a full-time employment and your tasks include:
    • Greeting visitors warmly and making sure they are comfortable
    • Answer phone calls and operate a switchboard
    • Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in
    • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
    • Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
    • Schedule meeting and conference rooms
    • Ensure our external conference area is tidy, and deliver pre ordered meals


    • You are an enthusiastic and happy individual who loves to interact with people, just as you are dependable and get a kick out of helping others. While your administrative skills are great and you appreciate creating order out of chaos, it will be your solution-oriented mindset that sets you apart from other candidates.
