Job Description

As Lantmännen is an innovative, growing and global group, we are searching for a Head of Total Rewards who has the skills and desire to develop the function in the same direction. We also have some exciting global projects in the pipeline, where Total Reward will play a significant role.

This is what you will do

Total Reward has an important and prominent position at Lantmännen, managing compensation and benefits in our global group. The responsibility within the role is broad, consisting of both strategic and operational tasks, and it's spanning over different processes, programs, policies and plans connected to compensation and benefit. In this role, you will be the global process owner and leader of the Total Reward function, which includes two direct reports.

The global processes include areas such as executive remuneration, incentive programs (STI and LTI), job evaluation, salary structure, global mobility and pension and insurance. There is an emphasis on the continued development of the function, as well as driving change throughout the group. The development and change mainly concern continued digitalization and internationalization of our processes. As the utmost representative for compensation and benefits, we expect you to contribute with your expertise by advising and supporting HR directors and professionals on a strategic level. You will also have the opportunity to interact and cooperate with other global process owners at Lantmännen, exchanging learnings and expertise in a collaborative environment.

To top it off, the implementation of a new global HR System is an upcoming priority for Lantmännen and as Head of Total Reward, you will have a key role in making this project successful. This is a great opportunity to further digitalize the C&B processes and tools and create a larger impact within the Group. Furthermore, the position involves close contact and cooperation at various levels throughout the Lantmännen Group. We expect you to take a proactive lead and drive total rewards in an efficient, goal- and solution-oriented way, consistent with Lantmännen's values ​​and business needs. The location for the position is at Lantmännens headquarters in Stockholm.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • Minimum 10-year experience from total rewards, preferably from a global industrial group, and with an emphasis on the compensation part.
  • An academic degree in a relevant field.
  • Deep knowledge of international compensation and benefits, including salary structures, for managers and executives.
  • Experience in leading and implementing programs, policies, plans and processes at a global level as well as leading projects within the area.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.
