We are looking for a talented and experienced technical Integration Coordinator to join Nordea Connect, Nordea’s payment service provider. Nordea is utilizing its market position and vast payment expertise in bringing a strong e-Commerce offering to the rapidly evolving market for our corporate customers.

That’s where you come in. We’re offering you a truly unique opportunity of being part of a high-profile high growth organization within Nordea accountable for delivering Nordea’s e-commerce solution to Nordic merchants.

We are looking for a customer obsessed, result-driven and hands-on person, with technical pre-sales and professional IT integration experience in e-Commerce and online payments.

You will be accountable and responsible to make sure our Nordea Connect Solution gets integrated into our customers online environments. You will also be a main contributor to the evolution of the Nordea Connect integration function. You will do this in close collaboration with your team colleagues, sales, our IT organization, enterprise architects and support functions. You are located in Sweden

About this opportunity

You’ll join Nordea Connect Solutions team working as an Integration Coordinator reporting to the Head of Nordea Connect Solutions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that we cover all aspects when integrating our solution into our merchants’ environments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Accountable for the merchant in the merchant integration phase, from contract signature through the whole technical integration/onboarding process to verification that merchant is live in production.
  • Responsible to effectively and cross functionally drive and hands on contribute to the Merchant integration work with involved internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible to knowledge share and communicate the integration efforts to stakeholders
  • Responsible to provide training on merchant integration and onboarding.
  • Support sales in the technical pre-sale’s activities.
  • Once integration is done, responsible for the handover to Operations.

Your profile and background:

  • Proven track record from hands on participation in large technical integration projects (preferably SaaS environment).
  • A passion and ability to drive a multitude of concurrent complex workstreams in a customer facing environment.
  • Brilliant, demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships & alignments with external and internal stakeholders whilst also constantly evaluate, analyze and follow up performance and benchmark with industry practice.
  • You have strong sense of initiative and self-motivation that will add value to a fast-growing business.
  • You have passion for solving technical problems and are an analytical thinker that is solution-oriented, don’t take no for an answer and always challenges status que.
  • You have a go-get attitude and a high execution capacity.
  • You are a team player and feel comfortable of working with people from diverse backgrounds and skillsets.

Furthermore, we would like for you to have:

  • At least five years experience of working hands-on with e-Commerce/online payments, with a proven track record from technical integration, customer success or operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong experience from working in both complex and fast-paced corporate environments, including stakeholder management. It is important that you understand Nordea legacy and policies and are able to manoeuvre in this landscape. 
  • Highly knowledgeable within the digital space and e-commerce, with proven track record.
  • Proven commercial and strategic background, with clear pre-sales experience.
  • Excellent communication capacity: comfortable with driving meetings with C-Level contacts.
  • High level of energy and engagement with an ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment with tight deadlines.
