We are looking for a Business Developer with marketing experience, an entrepreneurial mindset to lead and run the development for the exclusive luxury brand Martin Key.

Martin Key was founded in 2016. We started with custom-leather jackets and shoes. For next year we will add T-shirts, denim and college. The jackets are handmade in the northern part of Sweden, Dalarna, and the clothing will be made in Gothenburg.

Price range (our jackets start from 20k SEK and our shoes from 5k SEK, Denim from 4k SEK, T-shirts from 2k SEK), we see our conscious customers demanding even more luxurious features; our most expensive jacket was sold for 130k SEK. To take the next step we have just taken on our first investor and now we are looking for a strategic business developer with marketing skills who can lead us in the right direction and help the business grow. 

This is what we already have:

-       A unique business with a clear why, how and what.

-       Established production line and great relationships with producers in Sweden and Italy.

-       A store/showroom in the heart of Stockholm, Birger Jarlsgatan 18 at Stureplan.

-       Appreciative customers worldwide, among those celebrities like Cristiano Ronaldo, Axwell, Jonas Jerebko, Alexander Skarsgård, Alesso, to name a few.

-       Up and running website, currently developing to an e-commerce site for our Ready-to-order products.

And here is what we need from a strategy and business wizard:

-       Strong entrepreneurial mindset (experience from start-up is a benefit).

-       Understanding of our market and customers.

-       Ability to elevate the global brand identity.

-       Social skills to establish strategic partnership and drive growth.

-       Development and implementation of a business plan in order to reach overall financial goals.

-       Business skills to monitor the company results and strategies to create and keep focus on the actions leading to great results.

-       Salary, we can’t offer a salary from start, but we will make a plan for it. We also want you to get equity or stock option.
