• Utilise our vast supply chain network with data and AI, to optimise the allocation process.
• Be part of a multi competent product team having the full responsibility to identify and create business value.
• Together with the product team, drive the tech agenda to take allocation to the next step, based on deep understanding of the product flow/availability and the potentials for the future.
• Have a tight collaboration with stakeholders in different parts of the organisation, to make sure that process & tech is working hand in hand.
• Secure progress, explain, anchor and secure the content in the process and the solution. All with the aim to maximise business impact, benefit and effects.

Your mindset & skills

We believe that you are analytical, solution-focused, a great communicator and a team player. You and your product team will identify plenty of potentials and improvement areas. Hence, to make a difference for our allocation precision teams you need to be able to transform this into tangible actions in a keep it simple way. We also believe that you:

• Have at least 1-2 years previous experience in any of:
  • Retail Merchandising
  • Online Merchandising
  • Logistics operations / planning
  • AI/AA development or integration
  • Retail sales / demand forecasting
• Have experience of informal leadership.
• A great connector & collaborator, positive and energetic, easily connect with people, and you build trust and relationships at all levels.
• Are a truly “do-er”, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to make the team move forward.
• Have a strategic, analytical and fast in understanding and execution mindset
• Excellent communication- & presentation skills.
• It is beneficial if you have previous experience from working with digital development
