We are looking for a Data Analyst/ CRO Specialist to H&M Business Tech Checkout Area

You will have a key role as the link between understanding our customers and the business needs in a fast-paced industry
 
The role
 
As a Data Analyst/ CRO specialist you will work as a key enabler to secure realization of business value from analytics, experimentation, data and models in our products. You will belong to a product team where you have a key role to provide analysis that will be the foundation for how we can improve and succeed among our customers. Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Understand user and business needs. Work closely with the Product Owners to identify opportunities to constantly improve customer checkout experience and increase business value
  • Work cross-functionally to influence, support, and execute product decisions and product/feature launches based on customer/data insights
  • Drive both small incremental tests and larger strategic changes to the customer journey, with the digital checkout in focus
  • Work with all aspects of experimentation, web-analysis and visual analytics from ideation through to follow-up in a cross functional environment
  • Drive A/B-tests through ideation, set-up, facilitation, capturing of results and analyzing the outcome
  • Build dashboard(s) to visualize the product team’s KPIs and monitor them over time
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Advance our analytical capability of user behavior
 
Your mindset & skills

  • You have proven experience of working with CRO and are passionate about data driven decisions
  • Experience in web-analysis tools such as Google Analytics and in Visual Analytics, for example Contentsquare
  • It’s an advantage if you have experience from Optimizely’s experimentation and personalization platform or a background in customer analysis and qualitative/quantitative research
  • Experience of working with business intelligence/data visualization tools: Power BI, Datastudio or Tableau
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a phenomenal communication capability
  • Understanding of using numerical, statistical and analytical methods to apply to data processing
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data into clear insights
  • Ability to communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders
  • Strong experience and/or interest in technical product development 
  • Experience of working with the online checkout is an advantage
  • It would also be great if you have worked at a large enterprise business or within the retail industry
  • Academic degree in Digital Analytics or related field
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional language skills are an advantage
